Palantir Appoints New Chief Accounting Officer
Palantir Technologies Inc. announced on February 27, 2025, the appointment of Jeffrey Buckley as its new Chief Accounting Officer, effective March 24, 2025. Buckley, who previously served as Chief Accounting Officer at Palantir from September 2020 to February 2023 and most recently at Human Interest, will receive an annual base salary of $400,000 and a restricted stock unit award worth $3,500,000. David Glazer, the current Chief Financial Officer, will resume his previous role as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, ceasing to be the principal accounting officer.
