entered into a receivables purchase agreement with Alps 2.0 Partners S.à r.l. and others to sell up to €65 billion of UK and European buy now, pay later (BNPL) loan receivables originated by PayPal. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025 and is part of PayPal's strategy to manage its balance sheet while continuing to grow its BNPL portfolio in Europe. The agreement includes a receivables management agreement and is already contemplated in PayPal's 2025 guidance.
