Qnity Electronics Appoints Ken Rizvi as New CFO
Qnity Electronics, Inc. announced on August 21, 2026, the appointment of Ken Rizvi as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Rizvi, a seasoned semiconductor finance executive with over 25 years of experience, previously served as CFO at Synaptics and Smart Global Holdings (now Penguin Solutions). In his new role, Rizvi will lead Qnity's finance organization and oversee global finance, corporate development, investor relations, and IT. His compensation package includes an annual base salary of $600,000, a target short-term incentive of 90% of his base salary, and a $10.0 million equity buyout award. Michael Goss, the current interim CFO, will transition to the role of Vice President, Finance & Controllership. Qnity's CEO, Jon Kemp, expressed confidence in Rizvi's ability to drive the company's growth and value creation strategy.
