Revolution Medicines Receives FDA Approval for RASONQUE in Metastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma
Revolution Medicines, Inc. announced on August 26, 2026, that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved RASONQUE (daraxonrasib) for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma who have received at least one prior systemic therapy or who are not candidates for multiagent systemic therapy. The approval is based on data from the RASolute 302 Phase 3 clinical trial, which demonstrated the efficacy of RASONQUE compared to investigator's choice of cytotoxic chemotherapy. RASONQUE is now available in the United States with a wholesale acquisition cost of $39,800 for a 30-day supply.
