Smith as executive vice president, chief financial officer, and principal financial and accounting officer, effective March 24, 2025. Val Bauduin has been appointed as interim CFO, effective immediately. Rachel Ruggeri, the current CFO, will cease serving in these roles effective March 7, 2025, but will support the transition until March 28, 2025.
