S&P Global Announces CEO Transition and Compensation Details
On June 27, 2024, S&P Global Inc. announced the retirement of Chief Executive Officer and President Douglas L. Peterson, effective November 1, 2024. Martina L. Cheung, currently the President of S&P Global Ratings, will succeed him as CEO and President. Cheung will also join the Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2024.
