Twilio Announces Retirement of Board Member and Plans to Declassify Board
On April 3, 2024, Twilio Inc. announced that Byron Deeter, an independent director since 2010, will retire from the Board prior to the 2024 Annual Meeting. The Board also approved an amendment to declassify the Board, which will be subject to shareholder approval. This change would result in directors being elected to one-year terms starting from the 2025 Annual Meeting.
