Ulta Beauty Announces Executive Severance Plan
Ulta Beauty, Inc. adopted an Executive Severance Plan on December 15, 2025, which provides severance and other benefits to its executive officers in the event of involuntary termination without cause, other than terminations in connection with a change in control or due to death or disability. The Severance Plan replaces any other severance protections provided to the executive officers, including any individual letters or other plans, except those provided under the CIC Plan. The plan is filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1.
