Board Member Departure if Confirmed as Federal Reserve Chairman
On January 30, 2026, President Donald J. Trump announced his intent to nominate Kevin M. Warsh, a member of the Board of Directors of United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS), to serve as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the United States Federal Reserve System. If confirmed by the United States Senate, Mr. Warsh informed the Company on February 2, 2026, that he would resign from the UPS Board. This decision is not due to any disagreement with the Company.
