Verisk Analytics Secures $2B in Financing to Fund AccuLynx Acquisition
Verisk Analytics, Inc. has secured $2 billion in financing to fund its acquisition of Exactlogix, Inc. d/b/a AccuLynx.com. The financing consists of a $750 million term credit agreement and a $1.25 billion revolving credit facility. Additionally, the company issued $1.5 billion in senior notes due 2030 and 2036. The proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition and related fees and expenses.
