Bennett as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective February 28, 2025, succeeding Wissam G. Jabre. Bennett, who has been with the company since 1995, will receive a temporary annual base salary of $525,000 and an annual target incentive award opportunity of 120% of his base salary.
