Waste Management, Inc. Amends Revolving Credit Agreement
On May 8, 2024, Waste Management, Inc. amended and restated its revolving credit agreement, extending the term to May 8, 2029, and maintaining a total commitment of $3.5 billion with an additional $1 billion accordion feature. The agreement allows borrowing in Canadian dollars and includes a $100 million swing line sub-facility. Waste Management Holdings, Inc. guarantees all obligations under the agreement, which contains financial covenants, events of default, and customary fees.
