Waste Management Announces $7.2 Billion Credit Facility for Stericycle Acquisition
Waste Management, Inc. has entered into a delayed draw Term Credit Agreement for up to $7.2 billion to facilitate the acquisition of Stericycle, Inc. The funds will be used to pay the consideration for the acquisition, refinance existing indebtedness, and cover fees and expenses. The agreement is guaranteed by Waste Management Holdings, Inc. The credit agreement contains various financial covenants and fees, and the details are provided in Exhibit 10.1.
