Yum Brands Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
Yum Brands, Inc. has appointed Ranjith Roy as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2025. Roy, previously the Chief Strategy Officer & Treasurer, will assume global responsibility for the Company's finance operations. He will receive an annual base salary of $700,000, a cash bonus with a target value equal to 100% of his base salary, and an annual long-term equity award with an aggregate grant date fair value of $1,500,000.
