CleanSpark Appoints New COO and CTO
CleanSpark, Inc. announced the appointments of Scott Garrison as Chief Operating Officer and Taylor Monnig as Chief Technology Officer, effective May 7, 2024. Garrison, previously Senior Vice President of Growth, and Monnig, previously Senior Vice President of Mining Technology, will lead strategic growth initiatives and mining operations, respectively. Both executives entered into new employment agreements with annual base salaries of $335,000, annual discretionary cash bonuses, and restricted stock units. The appointments were also disclosed in a press release on May 8, 2024.
