HubSpot Reports Strong Q2 2026 Financial Results and Announces New Director and Share Repurchase Program
HubSpot, Inc. reported strong financial results for Q2 2026, with total revenue growing 20% on an as-reported basis and 17% in constant currency to $911.7 million. The company achieved GAAP operating income of $43.3 million and non-GAAP operating income of $185.3 million. GAAP net income was $43.3 million, or $0.86 per share, compared to a GAAP net loss of $3.3 million, or $0.06 per share, in the prior year. Non-GAAP net income was $164.8 million, or $3.26 per share. The company also announced the appointment of Gerald (Jerry) Dischler as a new Class I director and authorized a share repurchase program of up to $1.0 billion. HubSpot provided guidance for the third quarter and full year 2026, expecting total revenue to be in the range of $3.678 billion to $3.686 billion for the full year.
